Delivery Process

The Processing Time usually takes 1-5 business days, but may be longer due to a high volume of orders.

Order Status

We will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched once your order leaves the warehouse. You will then receive another email with the tracking number that you can use to track your order status online with a link here

During checkout, you’ll see an estimated delivery date based on the shipping option you’ve selected. Shipping time can also vary from different regions.

We do not offer shipping to every country. If we don’t currently ship to your country, send us an email and we’ll do our best to get you a pair.

Order Address Error

Please double-check that you have provided the correct shipping information during checkout. We create shipping labels directly from the information presented during checkout.

Our orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after they are placed to ensure that your shoes arrive as soon as possible. Because of this, all address changes must be requested as soon as possible after your order has been placed. We’ll do our best to change the shipping address.
