At AomiShoes, our customers’ satisfaction is what we strive for. Therefore, you are able to file a claim for an exchange, a return or a refund within our 90-day warranty period. Here are the details of our return and exchange policies.
Preconditions for Return & Exchange
- Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or wear on soles) and in their original packaging.
- Your return & exchange request can be achieved for the issues on quality, size and color only.
- Your return & exchange request is submitted within 90 days of receiving your original order.
- Any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
- Any items in the clearance sale cannot be changed or returned.
- AomiShoes is not responsible for the returns or exchanges process.
- You are advised to use a trackable shipping service and to purchase shipping insurance if the item is worth over $75.
- AomiShoes reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these criteria.
- AomiShoes's Responsibility: incorrect order/defective order
- If you have received the incorrect order in wrong color or wrong size, or the defective order with quality problem, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refunds.
- AomiShoes will be responsible for return shipping fees.
- Customer’s Responsibility: unwanted items
- If you decide that you no longer want the item or simply want to return it, you have to make sure the item is in re-sellable condition.
- You will be responsible for return shipping fees.
- Refunds will be processed within 3 – 12 business days upon receiving your return at the warehouse. If it has been longer than two weeks, please Contact Us.
- The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.
- AomiShoes’s Responsibility: incorrect order/defective order
- If you have received the incorrect order in wrong color or wrong size, or the defective order with quality problem, please contact us and we will allow a return to our warehouse for an exchange.
- AomiShoes will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange.
- Customer’s Responsibility: different color or size
- You can change the size or color of your item(s). However, if you prefer to exchange for another item(s), please submit a return request here and make a new purchase.
- You will be responsible for the exchange shipping fees.
- The exchange request will be processed within 7 days.
